Telefónica Foundation and Atento are organizing six lectures with free admission for youths with employability guidelines and a focus on the Contact Center market. The initiative is part of a partnership with ILO (International Labor Organization) and with CPA (Adolescent Professionalizing Center). The lectures are free of charge and take place at the CPA unit in São Mateus, east side of Sao Paulo city, on September 25, October 30 and November 28.

During the lectures, the youths will receive information about how Contact Centers work, besides practical guidance about how to prepare a résumé, for example. During the activities, those participants who have a profile suited to the needs of the sector will be sent to participate in selective processes at Atento.

The youths can also sign up for two classes of a training course to work in Contact Centers, also organized by the partnership between Telefónica, Atento, ILO and CPA. The Call Center sector is currently the main generator of first jobs in Brazil. Atento alone generated 11 thousand opportunities for youths between 18 and 24 years of age, in the first half of this year.
